Human Resources Officer (HRO)
Location : Head Office
Requirement :
· Graduate from university degree, preferable from
psychology/law/management.
· At least 5 years experiences in human resources preferable
from banking or financial institution.
· Combine working experience in HR consulting will be advantage.
· Have in depth knowledge & experience in developing HR
system/functions such as organization structure, organization
development, man power planning, carrier path, training, performance
appraisal, compensation & benefit & other related aspect in HR
functions.
· Mature & good in interpersonal skill
· Strong analytical ability to business problems & processes
into definable tasks & projects
· Good communication skills, written & verbal as well as
presentation skill.
· Proficiency in English is must, both in oral & written.
· Computer literate (Microsoft office is must)
