Our Client, A Multinational Company in Building Material Industry is seeking qualified candidate for the position of:
1. BRANCH MANAGER
Requirements:
· Male or Female
· Age maximum 35 years old
· Bachelor degree from Business Management, Accounting or Production
· Minimum 5 years as branch management included Finance and Accounting, warehousing and inventory, sales and marketing management and human resources.
· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English both oral and written.
· Strong leadership and detailed person.
· Manufacturing background is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
a.. To formulate Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve the branch sales target
b.. To increase brand image & market share.
c.. To develop and manage outlets dealers and distributors.
d.. To review, analye, change and / or developing existing distribution channels to meet the sales objectives
e.. To Develop necessary infrastructure to achieve the sales target
f.. Identify, analyze, and interpret opportunities available in the market.
g.. To manage product portfolio & its pricing policy
h.. To manage sales promotion related to regular & event base
i.. To maximize the display space to facilitate and generate sales
j.. To maintain good relationship with the dealers
k.. To Manage cooperation with third party to support the business like: marketing agency, financing company, contractors, etc
l.. Customer relationship management
m.. To manage and control all department (finance and accounting, inventory and distribution, sales and marketing and office support)
n.. Constant tracking and analysis on budget versus actual performance in accordance to
o.. business plan in terms of resources and results
p.. Initiate, recommend and propose constructive idea for branch development
q.. To manage account receivables to an acceptable level
r.. To manage service department in order to support the production & sales team.
s.. To manage logistics to and from the branch warehouse
t.. To balance between push & pull strategy
u.. Purchasing controller
v.. Fully understanding in ISO system
