A. Packaging Team Leader for Beverage Manufacturing Company
(Job Code: PTL) , 1 person – Mojokerto/Surabaya
Main responsibility:
To achieve the targeted production volume under incumbent supervision in line with the procedure and norms and quality at the most efficient way by good planning, organizing, controlling all resources in Packaging Section
Requirements:
Male, max. 35 years old
S1 Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Has at least 5 years working experience inclusive 3 years in packaging process
Has experience in packaging section for food & beverage industry is a big advantage
Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machineries
Familiar with PLC and automation process
Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
Active in English
Willing to work in Mojokerto area (nearby Surabaya)
B. Cast Film & Metalizing Production Manager for flexible packaging manufacturing company (Job Code: FPM), 1 person – Tangerang
Main Responsibilities:
Manage production department to achieve quantity and quality target by maximizes all production resources, manufacturing lead time, and costing
Requirements:
Male, below 40 years old
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant area
Has at least 8 years working experience inclusive 3 years in managerial level for flexible packaging & printing manufacturing company
Familiar with cast film & metalizing process
Familiar with TPM and 5 S activities
Good communication and leadership skill
Communicative in English is a must
